Welcome! I'm Lisa Hubler of Mind Matters Restorative Hypnotherapy.

 

I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and teacher, a long time meditator and yoga practitioner.

 

I consider it an honor, a privilege and a pleasure to share the gifts of the mind that I have learned with my students and clients. It is my intention to help as many people as possible to understand and utilize the great power of mind, body and spirit as a unified whole.

What the course will cover:

Introduction

Learn about what hypnotherapy is, and how it works.  Prepare for upcoming sessions by reviewing postures and checklists of symptoms.

Week 1 - Feeling Safe

Use a combination of guided recordings, journaling and reflection exercises to help with awareness changes as you begin to shift toward feeling safe.

Week 2 - Letting Go

This week you will utilize hypnotherapy recordings along with other resources designed to help you let go of feelings of anxiety and other unwanted thoughts.

Week 3 - Making Space

The final part of your journey involves making space of new feelings of safety, comfort, and happiness.

Week 4 - Moving On

Finally, we'll review how to continue your progress with additional support, boosters, tune ups and follow ups.
