On the about page, it's important to make a connection with the reader to develop the know, like, and trust factor. 

Tell your story to show how you were once in their shoes, so they know that you understand their challenges and questions. 

Talk about how you now have the expertise and a proven process to help them to achieve the benefit or transformation they are looking for.

This page should really be less about your 'resume' and more focused on how you are the right choice for helping your ideal client with the thing that they are struggling with.
